Allison King

Allison King couldn’t have closed her high school wrestling career any better this past week as she won her second consecutive state title at 155 pounds in Salina.

Allison was perfect in the two-day tournament going 4-0 and defeating Chanute’s Brinley Bancroft by pinfall in the second round to claim the title.

Allison finished her senior campaign with a record of 31-1 and went 100-9 overall during her four-year high school career.

Along with the two state titles, Allison has added three regional titles and added a runner-up finish at state during her sophomore season.
