Adler Koontz

The ACCHS wrestling team is set for their trip to the 3-2-1A State Tournament this weekend. The Tigers will send 10 out to Hays after they finished second place in the Regional Tournament this past weekend at Sabetha.

Junior Adler Koontz is one of the 10 as he won the Regional Title at 126 pounds.

Adler is ranked #5 in the State and has been a majority of the season. He won two other tournaments this season at Halstead and Silver Lake and finished second at Rossville and Paola.

Adler heads to State with a record of 33-5 overall and is set to face Shane Todd of St. Francis in the opening round on Friday.
