Taylor Zordel

Silver Lake golfer Taylor Zordel continued her strong 2024 campaign last week as she dominated the field winning the Jefferson West Tournament at Village Greens.

Zordel shot a 74 and won the tournament by 11 strokes. She has also won tournaments at Holton, Osage City, and Junction City with an 18-hole average this season of 77.

Taylor was part of the 2023 state championship winning team and placed fourth individually in Class 3-2-1A. She placed seventh at the state tournament in 2022 and placed 16th at state in 2021.

Her career 18-hole scoring average is 85.
