The ACCHS basketball team has rattled off three straight wins since losing their season opener a few weeks ago.
Senior Trenton Kimmi is playing like an All-League talent and has put up some big numbers this season.
The Tigers went 2-0 last week with wins over Valley Falls and McLouth. In the win over Valley Falls, Trenton had 26 points, five rebounds, four steals and three assists.
In the win against McLouth, Trenton tallied 17 points, seven rebounds and six steals. Through the first four games of the season, Trenton is averaging 19 points, five rebounds, four steals and three assists per game.
Trenton was Honorable Mention in the NEKL last year but he’s currently playing at an All-State caliber level.
Tigers head coach Taylor Smith says that Trenton is a really good kid, he’s playing more aggressive and buying into what the coaching staff is telling him to do.
