Eva Cortes

Eva Cortes for Holton Cross Country continues to impress in 2024. This past week she placed first at Hiawatha helping the team finish in first place.

She also posted a top five finish at Basehor and a top 10 finish at Wamego which boasted 5A and 6A competition.

Last year she finished eighth place at the 4A State Meet which is the highest finish in Holton High School history. She placed third at Regional’s and was the Big 7 league champion.

Eva is currently going through the recruitment process, with several colleges throughout Kansas and across the Midwest showing interest. She is currently undecided while looking for the right fit for her academically and athletically.
