The Jefferson West girls basketball team hosted the Sabetha Bluejays on Tuesday night with the broadcast on 103.9 KNZA and they were able to pull out the win by a final score of 50-30. 

The difference in this game was the first and third quarters. The Tigers outscored the Bluejays 14-2 in the first quarter and 13-4 in the third quarter. 

The Tigers defense forced 22 turnovers and they outrebounded Sabetha 30-15. 

They got 16 points and four rebounds from Kaylee Heinen as she knocked down four three-pointers in the game. They also got 12 points from Harriet Dean. 

The Bluejays were ledby Sophia Haverkamp who hit three three's and finished the game with 11 points while Paxton Michael finished the game with eight points.
