(KLZA)--  Friday night the Class D-2, #2 ranked Falls City Sacred Heart girls picked up their 17th win of the season, remaining unbeaten with a 59-10 win over Pawnee City in Pioneer Conference action.

During the game, Sacred Heart junior Erison Vonderschmidt scored 17 points which pushed her career total to 1,001 points.

Vonderschmidt leads the Irish in scoring and rebounding this year averaging 18 points per game and better than 7 rebounds per contest.

Vonderschmidt joins 10 other members of the Sacred Heart Girls Basketball 1,000 point club. She is the first player to reach the milestone during her junior season.
