2014 State Baseball and Softball Sites Determined by KSHSAA

Kansas State High School Activites Association has announced the 2014 state competition sites for baseball and softball.

State baseball and softball is slated to return to all the state sites from last year and add Pratt and Topeka as host sites, also. KSHSAA is adding state sites to the sports of baseball and softball, along with basketball and football next year as Class 4A has now been split into two division's moving start this year, outside of football which the split start's next year.

Area teams will look to have great season on the diamonds come this spring and compete to get to their respective state site and compete for a state title

Baseball

6A - Lawrence, KU, Hoglund Stadium
5A - Manhattan, KSU, Tointon Family Stadium
4A DI - Salina, Dean Evan Stadium
4A DII - Pratt, Pratt Community College
3A - Topeka, Washburn University, Falley Field
2-1A - Emporia, Soden’s Grove Baseball Field

Softball

6A - Overland Park, Blue Valley West HS
5A - Manhattan, Twin Oaks Complex
4A DI - Salina, Bill Burke Complex
4A DII - Pratt, Green Sports Complex
3A - Topeka, Hummer Sports Complex

2-1A - Emporia, Trusler Sports Complex
