Jackson Heights Cobras played the Horton Chargers last night and took a dominating 53-0 win. During the first quarter of the game, Cobras were going strong and putting points up on the board while also maintaining defense to hold back the chargers. One notable play from this quarter was made by Kade Holiday. Horton tried to defend against him with a player attempting to drag him down, but Holiday stayed upright and made the touchdown.

Heading into the second quarter, things were solid for the Cobras. Titus Eisenbarth had a few touchdowns for Jackson Heights. Jan Ludvick, the kicker, also had another great showing with his leg. Entering Halftime the Cobras were up 42-0.

Going into the 3rd quarter after halftime, the Horton Chargers got some offensive sparks for the first time tonight; However, the Cobras were still continually holding the Chargers defensively. A running clock was beginning to tick after the Cobras reached 50-0 in favor of them. It was crunch time now for the Chargers.

In the fourth and final quarter Jackson Heights began to implement some junior varsity players to finish out the game with the running clock going. Jackson Heights had one final hurrah with a field goal by Jan Ludvick to tally the final score of 53-0.
