Day one of the State Golf Tournaments wrapped up on Monday afternoon with area golfers qualifying for day two on Tuesday.
Holton's lone two in Class 4A made it to the second day at Quail Ridge in Winfield. Brody Meyer shot an 80 and is four strokes off the lead while Parker Crouch finished with 85.
Both will tee off at 10:10 AM on Tuesday morning for their second round.
Sabetha is leading the charge in Class 3A as they're alone in second place after day one at Mariah Hills in Dodge City.
The Bluejays finished day one with a team score of 321 which is 11 strokes off first place Heritage Christian.
Roman Scoby shot a 76 and is four shots off the lead, Cullen Wikle finished with a 79 and Dalton Rokey with an 81.
Cole Grimes shot an 85, Caleb Renyer an 87 and Tyler Menold with a 93.
Nemaha Central's Isaac Lueger qualified for day two after a first round 81. Aidan Broxterman shot a 90 but didn't make it out of the first round.
Marysville's John Lauer posted an 81 in the first round and will play in day two along with teammate Eli Sedlacek who shot an 84.

Jayden DeWalt of Valley Heights made day two in Class 2A in Hesston with an 87 on Monday.
Washington County is in second place after day one in Class 1A in Emporia with a team score of 346 which is 14 strokes behind first place South Gray.
The Tigers had three break 90 with Monte Huckett shooting an 84, Carson Kearn an 84 and Conner Gepner with an 88.
Centralia is sitting in seventh place in the team standings with a day one number of 365. The Panthers posted two inside 90 with Paxton Bowers shooting an 83 and Drew Gibbs shooting an 87.
Onaga's Konner Nider shot a first round 95 and will play a second round while Anthony Valburg shot a 98 and missed the cut.
Top of the leaderboard in Class 1A is two tied with a 77 which is two strokes ahead of second place.
