2015 4A Baldwin Cross Country Regional results - click here (10-24-15)

Spots to the Class 4A State competition were up for grabs in Baldwin on Saturday for three area schools with Atchison, Holton and Jeff West all competing. 

At the end of the day it was the Atchison girls earning a trip to Wamego on Saturday, October 31st for the Class 4A State competition. The lady Red will compete as a team at the competition after claiming second place at Regionals and the Top three teams earn spots at State. Leading the charge was Sarah Jaloma who finished second place individually posting a time of 19:39.99, while Emily Jaloma placed 10th behind a time of 20:49.42. The trio of Skyler Blakley, Teagan Hanson and Hailey Macierowski rounded out the team score for Atchison finishing 22nd, 24th and 26th, respectively. Haley Griebat and Lyndi Hanson also competed for the Lady Red and finished 27th and 35th. 

In the boys competition the area teams and runners were unable to finish in the Top three as teams and Top 10 as individuals to qualify for State.
