Dawson Cochren

Jackson Heights basketball player Dawson Cochren has been on a tear this season including last week. The Cobras played three games last week and went 2-1 and Dawson scored at least 20 points in all three games.

In the most recent game against McLouth, Dawson scored 20 points and hit nine of her 12 shots. She added seven steals, five rebounds, three assists, and one block.

She is leading the Cobras averaging nearly 16 points and eight rebounds per game. She also leads the team in assists and steals and is second in blocked shots.

She also recently got second place in her weight class at the 3-1A powerlifting meet in Horton.
