Allison Wallisch

She was the lone returning starter this season and knew she would have to provide leadership and great play on the court to help her team this year, that is senior, Allison Wallisch.

Allison has helped the Lady Tigers to another 5-0 start to the season as the Tigers are cruising past their opponents at a 22.6 ppg differential thus far this season. The hot start has moved ACCHS up to third in the latest Kansas Basketball Coaches Association (KBCA) rankings in Class 3A.

Wallisch has been a big part of the success on the hardwood for the Lady Tigers as she has posted double figures in four of the five games this season for ACCHS thus far, with her season high coming against Horton and Oskaloosa when she tallied 19 points both nights. Allison is averaging a double-double this season with 15 ppg and 10 rpg, while adding 2 spg and shooting 81% from the free throw line.

The All-Delaware Valley League first team and All-Class 3A Honorable Mention last year, Allison looks to be on her way to another season of that caliber if not better. Allison’s leadership and great play has helped propel ACCHS to their fast start this season and will be a key for the Lady Tigers to continue their success on the court this season.
