Sabetha Boys Win Ray Kovar Invite

The Sabetha boys track and field team won the Ray Kovar Invitational on Friday at St. Marys High School. 

The Bluejays won the meet with 154 points while Osage City finished in second place with 114 points and Rock Creek in third place with 96 points. 

Sabetha won multiple events with Josh Enneking in the 400m, Charlie Lukert in the 800m and 1600m, Jack Frazee in the 110m hurdles and the javelin, Tyse Frazee in the 300m hurdles, plus the 4x400m and 4x800m relay events. 

Rounding out the top five in the team standings was St. Marys in fourth place with 51 points and Jefferson West in fifth place with 44 points.
