KSHSAA Covered Releases Volleyball Players to Watch in 2024

KSHSAA Covered has released their players to watch in volleyball for the upcoming 2024 season. Listed below are the area athletes selected to the list. 

Class 1A-II

- Gretchen Bott (Linn): Led Linn in kills and assists last season as a freshman and earned First Team All-League honors. 

- Drew Bruna (Hanover): Led the Wildcats in kills and blocks last season and earned First Team All-League honors along with Second Team All-State honors. 

- Anna Jueneman (Hanover): First Team All-League and First Team All-State honors last season with 277 kills. 

Class 2A 

- Carly Hutfles (Horton): First Team All-League selection last season as a junior with 643 career kills. 

- Bela Major (Pleasant Ridge): First Team All-League selection in each of the past two seasons and has 535 career kills and 766 digs. 

- Ava Smith (Valley Heights): Two-time Second Team All-League selection with 527 career digs. 

Class 3A

- Ella Bolan (Silver Lake): Second Team All-Mid-East League selection last season leading Eagles in kills, blocks, and aces. 

- Erin Boltz (Sabetha): Unanimous First Team All-League in the Big 7 last year and her 631 career kills ranks top six in school history. 

- Cali Honeyman (Nemaha Central): Unanimous All-League selection last year leading the Thunder in kills, blocks, aces, and digs. 

- Samantha Klotz (Royal Valley): Back-to-back First Team All-League selections and Honorable Mention All-State last season after posting 438 kills. 

Class 4A

- Tinley Wilson (Holton): Honorable Mention All-League selection last season as a freshman and posted 257 kills.
