Notable Teams Remain in KPreps Week Three Rankings

We are through two weeks of the high school football season and KPreps has released their rankings heading into week three. 

In 8-Man II, the Hanover Wildcats remain at the top spot after beating Onaga 70-36 to improve to 2-0. The defending state champs are on the road at Blue Valley this week. 

Two more teams inside the TVL find themselves inside the top five this week as Axtell and Frankfort check in at #4 and #5 respectively. Axtell travels to 0-2 Rock Hills while Frankfort is at home against Onaga this week. 

The Thunder of Nemaha Central remained at #3 in Class 2A this week after a huge win over Big 7 foe Royal Valley in week two. The Thunder still remain behind Rossville and Silver Lake in the rankings. Nemaha Central travels to Sabetha this week. 

Holton is 2-0 after a big win over Chapman in week two, 24-14. The Wildcats remain at #5 in Class 3A behind Andale, Wichita Collegiate, Cheney and Frontenac.
