Nemaha Central Cross Country Dominate at Washington Co.

The Nemaha Central boys and girls cross country teams had a successful meet at Washington County on Thursday afternoon. 

The boys were led by sophomore John Langill who finished in first place individually with a time of 18:39.85. Freshman Lane Mosteller finished in ninth individually in the 5K and also freshman Elijah Ruegge finished inside the top 20 posting the 18th best time. 

The girls posted four runners inside the top 11 including sophomore Hailey Nordhus who finished in second place with a time of 22:58.16. Freshman Maddy Mosteller, junior Kyndall Sextro and senior Faith Henry finished in ninth, 10th and 11th respectively.
