Two Area Volleyball Athletes Compete In KVA All-Star Game

Top volleyball seniors from all Classes converge upon the campus of Washburn University for the annual Kansas Volleyball Association All-Star match and a pair of Twin Valley League volleyball athletes competed in the contest. 

Centralia Panther, Katie Glatczak and Axtell Eagle, Trisha Mathewson helped the Red team earn the win in the All-Star contest. The Red team 25-20, 17-25, 25-15, 25-21 and 7-15 to win the 33rd annual KVA All-Star game. 

Glatczak finished tied for the team high in digs in the contest with 13 and also registered a kill and two assists. Mathewson in the action tallied a pair of solo blocks, a kill and two assists. 

Both athletes wrap up their high school volleyball career helping guide the Red team to the KVA All-Star game win.
