Both the Holton Wildcats and Jeff West Tigers have put together solid girl's golf season thus far and that continued on Tuesday at the Silver Lake Invitational as the two teams finished one-two in the team standings.

The Wildcats took home first place by posting a team score of 207, as they were led by Hannah Deegan who posted a 46 for an individual first place finish, while Paige Delay tallied a fifth place finish with a round of 51.

Jeff West Tigers followed Holton with a team score of 214 to claim second by six-strokes over the host Silver Lake. The Tigers were led by Allie Deiter as she posted a round of 47 to finish second on the day, while her teammate Olivia Neueswander shot a 53 to take seventh place for the Tigers.

Silver Lake rounded out the top three team finishes with a 220 team score, while Hayden (226), Rossville (235), West Franklin (259), Osage City (264) and Santa Fe Trail (266) finished of the team performances placing fourth through eighth. St. Mary's also had competitors at the Silver Lake Invitational.

Holton and Jeff West will wrap up their regular season of action on Thursday at the Basehor-Linwood Invitational, before getting ready for Regionals on Tuesday, October 14th at Village Greens in Topeka.
