The Holton Wildcats and Jeff West Tigers had again some top finishes in girls golf as the Tigers hosted a Invitational, yesterday. The Invite involved six teams three of which are from the Big Seven league and saw the Wildcats and Tigers have pretty successful days on the course.

Jeff West cam in second place with a team score of 376, while Holton followed them with a team score of 387. The other Big Seven league team, Santa Fe Trail finished sixth on the day with a team score of 456. Topeka-Hayden won the team crown the day shooting a team score of 364.

Individually the top three spots went to the Big Seven, between Holton and Jeff West. As Kyrstie Miller, of Holton captured first place shooting an 83. Then it was the Jeff West Tigers taking second and third place with Ally West and Abby Thelan, shooting an 84 and 85, respectively to finish second and third.

Three of Kanzaland golfers from Holton and Jeff West finished individually in the top 15 on the day as Sam Herring and Haley Rhule shot a 96 and 99, to finish thirteenth and fourteenth, respectively. Fifteenth place, went to Jeff West's, Allie Deiter as she shot an even 100 on the day.
