Manny Oliveria scores 3 times to help Royal Valley snap losing skid against Holton

It was a 30-year, 30-game losing streak that Royal Valley had to endure against the Holton Wildcats. But that came to an empathic end on Friday night, as the Panthers beat Holton 35-0. 

In large part, thanks to star running back, Manny Oliveria. In the contest, Oliveria ran 20 times for 164 yards and 3 touchdowns. On the season, he has rushed 42 times, for 324 yards and 4 touchdowns. He is a 3-year starter for the Panthers, and is just less than 700 yards away from breaking the Royal Valley program career record for rushing yards. 

Last year, he was an Honorable Mention All Big East running back as a junior. 

Oliveria and the Panthers (1-1) will be back in action this Friday, taking on the Nemaha Central Thunder.
