Blue Valley-Randolph Wins Wakefield Tournament

The Blue Valley-Randolph volleyball team represented the Twin Valley League well on Saturday as they went 5-0 to win the Wakefield Tournament. 

The Rams defeated Bennington (25-21, 25-14), Peabody-Burns (25-8, 25-15), Republic County (25-17, 26-28, 25-16), and Pike Valley (25-17, 25-5) in pool play. 

It was an all TVL championship as Blue Valley-Randolph took on the Clifton-Clyde Eagles. The Rams would win in the championship match 25-11, 25-19. 

Clifton-Clyde's only loss on the day was against Blue Valley-Randolph in the championship. The Eagles defeated Pike Valley, Wakefield, and Bennington in pool play. 

Blue Valley-Randolph is one of the hottest teams in 1A after the weekend as they're now 17-3 overall and have won 15 straight matches.
