Holton volleyball perfect on the day, as they win the Rossville Tournament

The Holton volleyball team was spectacular this past weekend, dominating the competiton last Saturday at Rossville. The Wildcats beat Ottawa, Rossville, Osage City and Silver Lake in straight sets to get to the championship game. 

In the championship game, the Wildcats played league foe, Jefferson West, beating them in three sets, (25-20, 23-25, 25-14) to complete a perfect 5-0 day. 

Around the rest of the tournament, Jefferson West finished second, going 4-1 on the day, sweeping Rossville, Wamego and Valley Falls in straight sets, and beating Silver Lake in 3 in the semis. 

Silver Lake went 3-2 on the day, finishing 3rd. They beat Valley Falls and Wamego in straight sets, but lost to Holton in straight sets and Jefferson West in three sets. They did beat Rossville in the third place game in three sets. 

Rossville went 2-3 on the day and got 4th. Valley Falls went 0-5 on the day.
