Leighanna Patz

Leighanna Patz is one of McLouth’s top wrestlers and she began her 2023 season with a tournament win at Emporia over the weekend.

She defeated both of her opponents by pinfall, one in 42 seconds and the other in two minutes and 37 seconds.

Her career highlights include a 58-12 career record, a fourth-place finish at the State Tournament in her sophomore season and is a two-time Regional Champion.

Leighanna was also the starting catcher for the softball team that won the Class 2-1A State Championship last spring.

Leighanna is signed to wrestle and continue her academic career at Baker University.
