Brixton Schwinn

Jefferson West freshman quarterback Brixton Schwinn put together a fantastic performance in his first varsity action on Friday night. 

He completed 8-of-14 passes for 140 yards and a touchdown while adding six rushes for 48 yards and another score as the Tigers won at Riley County 14-13. 

The Tigers were 2-7 and 0-6 in league play last season and lost their game against the Falcons 27-14. It was also the first time since 2019 that Jeff West won their season opener.
