Atchison Invitational – Results

Area volleyball teams were also in action at the Atchison Invitational Saturday and it was Perry Lecompton who had the best finish taking second.

The Lady Kaws went 2-0 in pool play with wins over Piper and Paola and then beat Horton and Piper to make it to the championship match before falling to Paola.

Atchison had a strong showing as well going 3-0 in pool play before falling in the semifinals to Paola.

The only other area teams competing were ACCHS and Horton and ACCHS picked up the lone victory on the day.
