Sabetha Cross Country Invitational – Results

Area cross country teams continued their seasons Thursday night at the Sabetha Invitational and the best area finish came from the host Bluejays who took second on both the girl’s and boys’ sides.

On the girl’s side Sabetha had three girls finish inside of the top 10 in Mary, Leah and Hattie Lukert who finished sixth, seventh and eighth in the race.

Doniphan West added the only other area top 10 finish as Clare Cole finished ninth to lead the Mustangs.

On the boy’s side just like the girls Sabetha had three guys finish in the top 10 led by Kalvin Evans who finished fourth while Tyrese Bishop was sixth and Cameron Harrell tenth.

The only other area top 10 finisher came from Jackson Heights who had Daniel Little win the meet in a thriller by just two seconds.
