The Big Seven League duo of Holton and Jeff West put together an impressive day on the links on Monday at the Silver Lake Invitational dominating the competition with the top two team spots and the top four individual finishes. Third place on the day was 25+ strokes behind the team scores of Holton and Jeff West. 

With only four gals in action the Holton Wildcats carded the best team score of the day tallying a 203 to win the Silver Lake Invitational, a competition that featured eight total schools fielding teams on the day. Taylor Stevens led Holton shooting a 46 to take second place, while Sarah Holaday was one-stroke behind taking third with a 47. Faith Holaday and Abbigail Hundley each carded a 55 on the day to finish out the Wildcats top team score. 

Jeff West Tigers were only four strokes behind Holton as a team taking second with a team score of 207. Leading the charge as she has this season was Sydney Schneider who shot a 44 to win by two-strokes, while Molly Williams earned fourth place carding a 50. Madison Michaels rounded out the Top 10 finishes with her 55 on the day. Lily Yager and Tyla Brown both hit the links for the Tigers also and shot rounds of 58 and 59, respectively. 

Both teams will be in action one final time before Regional action on Monday, October 9th as both Holton and Jeff West will compete in the Basehor-Linwood Invite on Thursday, October 5th.
