Falls City Sacred Heart got on a role early Wednesday night and beat Parkview Christian 63-0 at Jug Brown Stadium in second round playoff action in Class D2.
    The Irish scored on their first play of the game on a 49 yard pass from Lane Scheitel to Clay Finck and never looked back hold the Patriots to less than 140 yards in total offense.  For the Irish this was the second straight playoff game in which the defense shutout the opponent.

    The Irish got a brief scare in the second quarter when Lane Barnhill who rushed for 129 yards and two scores got hit on the knee the caused him to miss much of last season and all of the basketball season.  ( play audio :12 seconds )
    The Irish will travel to Lindsay Tuesday to take on the Holy Family Bulldogs.  Kickoff will be at 3 p-m.  You can hear that game live on SUNNY 101.3 next Tuesday afternoon.

    Wednesday night Sacred Heart quarterback Lane Scheitel was 6 of 6 passing for 139 yards and 3 scores,  two TD passes to Clay Finck and one to Colin Niemeyer.  Sawyer Kean also had a 55 yard TD run.  Branddon Schawang and Chaz Dunn also scored touchdowns for the Irish and Dunn had an interception on defense.
