After a tough 0-3 start to the season, the Frankfort football team has been on a roll since winning their last three games in dominant fashion.
Freshman quarterback Wes Anderson has been leading the charge for the Wildcats and has been putting up numbers in the process.
This past Friday against Blue Valley, Wes threw for five touchdowns on just 12 completions in their 58-12 win. Frankfort has outscored their last three opponents 163-24 and are tied atop the district standings with defending State Champion Axtell.
For the season, Wes is completing 60% of his passes and has thrown for over 950 yards along with 17 touchdowns and just three interceptions.
Wes is on pace to break two more of the Frankfort 8-Man school passing records after only six games. He already holds the record for completions in a single season, he’s 96 passing yards shy of the single season passing yards record, and he’s just two touchdowns shy of the single season passing touchdowns record.
Frankfort plays top ranked and defending State Champion Axtell this Friday night.
