Evan Gottstein has been leading the charge for the Perry Lecompton pitching staff as the Kaws have started the season winning nine of their first 10 games.

Last week in a 7-0 victory against Nemaha Central, Evan threw a complete game while allowing just two hits in the game.

Evan is leading the Kaws staff with 52 strikeouts in 24 innings of work with a sub-1 ERA.

Perry Lecompton has surpassed their win total from last season by three with still nearly half the regular season remaining.

They’ll be back in action on Thursday at Sabetha.
