All season Maur Hill-Mount Academy Raven senior, Harry Trotter has been leading the charge for the Ravens to their 6-1 record thus far this year and this past week it was one herculean effort from Trotter in a 52-16 win against ACCHS.
Trotter ran himself into the Maur Hill record books as he notched 430 yards rushing on 22 carries in the win against ACCHS, finding the endzone four times in the victory. The 430 rushing yards by the senior is a single game Maur Hill record, breaking the previous mark by 100 yards which was set back in 1992.
Harry who was having a strong season to start with has stepped up his game even more the last two weeks with 649 yards on 36 carries with seven touchdowns in wins over Horton and ACCHS.
All year Trotter has spear headed the Ravens success surpassing 100 yards in five of the six games played this season, while amassing 1,179 yards on the 109 carries with 13 touchdowns, accounting for 84% of the Ravens rushing yards on the season. He’s shredded defenses this season for 10.8 yards per carry and 196.5 yards per game. While, also leading the charge on the defensive side of the ball with 64 tackles which leads the team by 28 tackles.
The Ravens look to continue their flight this season with two games remaining in the regular season and Trotter will be leading the way as Maur Hill looks to grab a Northeast Kansas League title, District title and playoff spot in the final two games of the season.
