Ashley Kramer

Track season took flight for many teams last week and the B&B Falcons started their season in the Frankfort Artic Invitational competing against fellow Twin Valley League teams and the lady Falcons took home second out of five teams competing and were led by 10 first place performances.

Spearheading those top notch performances was senior, Ashley Kramer who raced her way to four first place finishes on the day; two individual and two with her teammates in the relay competitions. Ashley got things rolling with a sweeping in the in sprint in races taking the gold in the 100 and 200 meter dashes, posting times of 13.58 and 29.63.

Kramer’s day wasn’t over as she partnered up with three fellow Falcons and they raced to victories in both the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays, behind times of 54.60 and 4:38.44. Last year the senior was part of the B&B Falcon teams that competed at State and took fifth in 1A in the 4x100.

This year Kramer has her sights set on competing at the State level again in track to add her the success she’s enjoyed in her senior year being part of the lady Falcons 1A-DII State champion volleyball and basketball teams.
