Area HS Boys Basketball Players Honored with All-State/All-Class honors by Kansas-Sports.com
Postseason basketball honors continue to be handed out as Kansas-Sports.com has handed out
All-State and All-Class honors for high school boys basketball across the state.

Ten area athletes and one area coach garnered honors for their performances this past year on the
basketball court.

Jefferson County North Charger junior, Jacee Kramer was the only local player to earn All-State honors courtesty of Kansas-Sports.com after another stellar season by her and her team. Kramer helped lead her team back to the Class 2A state title game to defend their state title this season, but fell in the state championship to take home a runner-up crown this season. Jacee posted nearly 600 points this season and tallied 26 ppg while posting 4.9 rpg, 4.3 spg and 3.5 apg, also this season.

For the All-Class honors each classification had at least two players on the earn first or second team honors by Kansas-Sports.com. In Class 4A, it was Holton Wildcat junior, Krystie Miller leading the way with first team honors. Miller helped lead the Wildcats to a 21-2 season this year, with the Wildcats only losses to state champions, Wamego. Wildcats continued their dominance in the Big Seven winning their eight straight title, as Miller posted 11.5 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 4.9 spg, 1.8 apg and 1 bpg.

Second team honors, were earned by two area seniors in Holly Ullery from Santa Fe Trail and Madison Sanders from Atchison. Ullery helped the Chargers to a 17-5 record this past season while posting an stat line of 12.2 ppg, 2.4 rpg, 1.5 spg. Sanders for Atchison lead the Lady Red to the KCA league title this season while being a capable scorer throughout the year for the Lady Red. 

In Class 3A, Sabetha Bluejay senior, Ashley Annan grabbed more honors this postseason earning first team honors after helping the Bluejays to the Class 3A state tournament this past year, as the Bluejays finished 17-7 on the season. Annan lead the Big Seven in scoring with 14.1 ppg and also lead the league in field goal percentage, 58.4%, while also grabbing 9.4 rpg this season.

Second team honors was earned by ACCHS Tiger, Allison Wallisch who helped lead the Tigers to a 19-3 record this season while touting a stat line of 13.8 ppg, 9.6 rpg, 2.6 spg and 1 apg. Wallisch will look to continue her basketball career next year on the college level, as she will play Johnson County CC.

Class 2A is highlighted by three area athletes earning All-Class honors with JCN Charger, Jacee Kramer leading the way with first team honors, after her great year. Her teammate junior, Jamie Navinskey earned second team honors in helpin the Chargers to a second place finish at state this past year, while earning All-DVL honors. Washington County senior, Megan Stegman took home first team All-Class 2A honors after helping the Tigers finish 20-2 this year and one win away from the state tournament.

Its second team All-Class honors in 1A for two TVL players in freshman, Brandi Roepke from Valley Heights and junior, Laura Sudbeck from B&B. Roepke was a force in the TVL this season leading the Mustangs to a TVL regular season title and 18-5 record this season. Sudbeck helped lead the Lady Falcons to the Class 1A-DII state tournament this season as the Falcons finished the year 20-4, while Laura posted a double-double average on the season, 16.1 ppg and 10.1 rpg.
