Sabetha Boys and Nemaha Central Girls Win Sabetha Quad

The Sabetha boys and Nemaha Central girls track teams won the Sabetha Quad Meet on Tuesday afternoon. Complete meet results can be found here

Girls: The Thunder got first place finishes on the day from Meg Honeyman in the 100m dash,  200m dash and long jump, Kinsey Monier in the discus, Ali Henry in the javelin, Payton Huerter in the high jump, and Courtney Stallbaumer in the triple jump. The Thunder also won the 4x100m relay event. 

Other first place finishes came from Kyndall Nelson of Hiawatha in the 400m dash, Macey Drahota of Sabetha in the 800m run and pole vault, Pauly Rockey of Hiawatha in the 1600m run, Tanith Montgomery of Sabetha in the 100m hurdles, Rebekah Dement of Holton in the 300m hurdles, and Rebekah Lassey of Holton in the shot put. Sabetha won the 4x400m relay and Hiawatha won the 4x800m relay.

Boys: Sabetha posted a solid afternoon with first place finishes from Josh Enneking in the 400m dash, Charlie Lukert in the 800m run and 1600m run, Jack Frazee in 110m hurdles, 300m hurdles, and javelin, Holden Edelman in the shot put and discus, Will Voos in the long jump and triple jump, and Jackson Jacobs in the pole vault. The Bluejays also won the 4x400m relay. 

Other first place finishes on the day included Kayden Gale of Holton in the 100m dash and 200m dash, Easton Sheldon of Hiawatha in the 3200m run, and Colden Peak of Holton in the high jump. Holton also won both the 4x100m and 4x800m relay events.
