The Perry-Lecompton volleyball team finished in second place on Saturday at the West Franklin Tournament. 

The Kaws swept pool play with wins over Anderson County (25-20, 25-19), Paola (18-25, 25-18, 25-22), and Osawatomie (25-21, 25-14). 

They continued their strong play in the semifinals defeating Osage City 20-25, 25-20, 30-28. 

The Kaws only loss on the day would be in the championship against Maranatha in straight sets 18-25, 14-25.
