The Valley Falls baseball team extended their winning streak to six as they swept Troy at home on Tuesday with wins of 16-1 and 13-1.
The 16-1 win was a run rule victory that ended in the third inning as the Dragons plated five runs in the second and then 11 runs in the third after they trailed 1-0 at the end of the first inning.
Troy's (3-7) lone run in that first game was an RBI single by Reagan Hartman.
In the five run second inning, Valley Falls hit two home runs. Carson Clark led off the inning with a solo shot then three batters later it was Zac Evans who hit a two-run shot.
Evans finished game one 3 for 3 with a home run, double, single, four RBI's and three runs scored. Six of the nine Dragons in the lineup in game one posted a multi-hit outing.
Trenton Kraxner got the win in game one as he pitched three innings allowing the one run along with five hits and recording seven strikeouts.
