The Twin Valley League All-League Teams for basketball have been released for the 2021-2022 season.
The Centralia girls won the league title this season and made it all the way to the 1A-I State Title game before falling to Pretty Prairie by two points. Valley Heights lost in the first round of the 2A State Tournament and led the way with three First-Team selections.

The Hanover boys won the TVL title while Centralia won the TVL Tournament Title in Frankfort. Hanover lost on a three pointer at the buzzer in the 1A-II State Title game to come up short of back-to-back State Titles.
Troy advanced to their first State Tournament since 1998 and was bounced in the first round by eventual State Champion Olpe.
