2021 has been a wild year from start to finish. We are blessed at Kanzaland Radio to cover some of the best athletes in the state. 

We've tried our best to put together the Top 10 Moments of the 2021 year. We continue our countdown with #7. 

The Valley Falls baseball team posts one of the best seasons in school history. 

The Dragons finished with a 21-3 record and a Runner-Up finish in the 2-1A State Tournament.

It was the first time Valley Falls being back in the State Tournament since 2016. They defeated St. Mary’s Colgan 3-2 in 15 innings which turned out to be one of the most thrilling tournament games in history, and they followed that up with a 3-0 win over Ellis in the Semi-Finals before losing to Sedgwick in the Championship game.

Valley Falls should have high hopes heading into next season losing only three seniors from that team that nearly won it all.
