Hillcats Defeat Bobcat Women

The Hillcats of Rogers State University jumped to an 8-0 lead on the Peru State College Bobcat women's basketball team on Monday night and never looked back during the rest of the game.
 
Rogers State, the NAIA Division I's eighth-ranked team from Claremore, Okla., defeated the Bobcats 74-63 to improve to 8-2 on the season.  With the loss, Peru State fell to 3-7.

The 'Cats will be back in action on Saturday, Dec. 8, when they return to Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) play when they host the Culver-Stockton Wildcats in a game beginning at 2 p.m.  The Wildcats are presently 4-4 and will play a game on Thursday prior to traveling to PSC.
 
On Saturday, Dec. 15, Peru State will travel to face the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, taking on the NCAA DI opponent at 5 p.m.
 
The Bobcats will finish out 2012 with a New Year's Eve day game against the Haskell Indian Nations University with a game beginning at noon.
