Despite their loss to the Benedictine College Ravens last Saturday, the Peru State Bobcat football team remained in the NAIA Football Coaches' Top 25 Poll which was released on Monday, Sept. 30.

After dropping a hard-fought contest, by a score of 45-41 to the Ravens, the Bobcats only dropped one spot in the Top 25 from 23rd to 24th. 

There were numerous changes in the poll with the exception of Morningside (Iowa) remaining on top with a 3-0 record.

With their win over Peru State last weekend Benedictine moves up from 10th to 7th in the poll. 

Other Heartland of American Athletic Conference teams rated are Missouri Valley at #8 and Baker at #12.

Doane College is ranked 13th this week.
