Pleasant Ridge put together a strong defensive game holding Horton to just 110 total yards offense and scoreless in the contest. The Rams led 16-0 after just the first quarter and went into halftime up 24-0. Eli Schwinn finished 6-8 for 135 yards with a TD and TD run, while Nic Bridges and Hunter Wagner each had a rushing TD. Noah Blaski hauled in a TD reception and Clayton Richter had a fumble recovery TD. 

Horton in the loss was plagued by five turnovers.
