Wetmore held a 17-15 lead at halftime but Doniphan West using a 14-7 third quarter took over the game and the lead, but had to hold off a late run by Wetmore to hold on for the win. Kenzie Blevins and Carlie Taylor led Doniphan West in the win scoring 14 points each. Gerae Haverkamp led Wetmore with 14 points, while Dakota McQueen posted 11 points and McKayla Henry notched 10 points.
