Holton held against a 34-33 lead at halftime againts Hiawatha and the Red Hawks fought to take the 47-44 advantage after three quarter's of play, but with a 28-18 fourth quarter Holton gained the win. Ashlyn Weilert led the Wildcats with 20 points, while Hayley Thompson chipped in 18 points, Shay Tanking scored 16 points and Courtney Boswell added 13 points. Hiawatha in the loss was led by Cariann Kunkel who tallied 28 points, while Emily Gartner added 21 points and Crystal Barbary posted 10 points.
