Axtell outscored Wetmore 20-12 in the second quarter to take a 32-16 lead into halftime, but Wetmore battled back in the second half to get as close as seven-points in the fourth quarter, but ultimately Axtell finished off the contest for the win. Courtney Heinen led the Eagles yet again posting 19 points (7-8 FTs), while Kiersten Talbot added 15 points and Megan Buessing scored 10 points. Wetmore was led by Dakota McQueen who notched 19 points (10-14 FTs), while Jill Henry added 11 points.
