Sabetha used an 11-4 first quarter to take early control against Hiawatha and led 26-11 at the half on their way to the win. Sabetha was led by Alexis McAfee who scored 16 points, while Emily Meyer added 13 points and Taryn Schuette scored 9 points. Emily Gartner led Hiawatha with 21 points, 13 rebounds and 8 blocks, but the Red Hawks were hurt by 24 turnovers in the game.
