Centralia clung to a 22-21 lead at halftime over Axtell, both teams having leads in the first half, but Axtell held the 36-34 lead at the end of the third quarter. The teams traded leads in the fourth with Centralia holding off Axtell down the stretch for the win. Both teams struggled from the free throw line as Axtell was 8-23 and Centralia 8-22 as teams. Braden Deters led Centralia with 15 points, while Trenton Stallbaumer scored 10 points and Dustin Talley posted 9 points. Axtell was led by Colton Buessing who finished with 18 points, while Adam Kuckelman scored 8 points.
