Behind a 14-0 2nd quarter and 10-0 4th quarter Wellsville was able to get the better of Sabetha in the 3A Sectional round of the playoffs. The Bluejays had the game tied at 7-7 after the 1st quarter and trailed just 21-14 after three quarter's, but were unable to overcome scoreless second and fourth quarters and two turnovers. Brock Frey ran for 126 yards on 22 carries with 2 TDs for Sabetha in the loss.
