Axtell Eagles punched their ticket back to the Sub-State game in 8-Man DII with a Regional playoff (2nd round) win at Caldwell. The Eagles led just 24-14 at halftime but used a 38-0 second half to fly home with anonther win. Colton Buessing ran the ball 24 times for 186 yards with 4 TDs, while passing for 118 yards on 10-19 passing. Kaleb Buessing and Caleb Heiman each added a pair of rushing TDs for the Eagles.
