Valley Heigts held a 16-0 lead at halftime but had to hold off Onaga for their second straight win of the season. Hunter Stevenson led the Mustang ground game with 115 yards on 14 carries with a TD as the team had 301 yards rushing, while Jordan Yungeberg added a TD run and Frederik Bjerg kicked a pair of field goals from 25 and 31 yards.
Onaga in the loss was led by Tanner Marten on the ground as he picked up 95 yards on 18 carries, while Trenton Ross added 82 yards on 3 carries and Garrett Ames added 20 yards on 7 carries with a TD, as team the Buffaloes had 227 yards rushing.
